Agreement and store use

By accessing or ordering from curehydration, a customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from our footer. Anyone using the store must do so lawfully and must provide accurate information required for an order.

Catalog and product information

Our catalog includes electrolyte drink mixes, kids' hydration mixes, energy drink mixes, sample sticks, variety packs, bulk jars, and hydration accessories. Product pages control current options, ingredients or preparation information when supplied, availability, and pricing. We correct material errors when identified and do not make unsupported product claims.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment or shipping details, limit quantities, reject suspected fraud, or cancel an unavailable item. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount is returned to the original payment method.

Prices, USD payments, and taxes

Checkout is conducted in USD. Available card methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Taxes are collected when required by applicable law; no universal tax exemption is promised.

Fulfillment and cancellation

Standard shipping is free for all United States orders, and delivery is limited to U.S. addresses. Processing normally takes 1-2 business days, followed by estimated carrier transit of 4-6 business days with tracking. A customer may request cancellation before shipment; after dispatch, the Refund Policy governs.

Returns and service remedies

A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. curehydration pays approved return shipping, including for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in 5-10 business days, subject to bank posting time.

Responsible use and intellectual property

Customers may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit malicious code, scrape protected content unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others. Store text, design, graphics, and other protected materials may not be reproduced or exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and lawful rights

Services are provided subject to applicable warranties and consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses reasonably connected with the relevant order and does not extend to remote or unforeseeable losses.
