United States delivery only

curehydration ships solely to valid addresses within the United States. Every U.S. order receives free standard shipping; international delivery is not offered.

Order-to-delivery schedule

We ordinarily prepare an order in 1-2 business days. Once the carrier accepts the parcel, standard transit is expected to take 4-6 business days. Weekends, U.S. holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and address corrections can extend these estimates.

Tracking and shipment notices

A shipment confirmation with tracking information is provided after carrier handoff. Tracking may require a short period to begin showing movement.

Accurate delivery information

Customers should review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact Support@curehydratold.shop or (332) 530-7166 immediately if a correction is needed; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Delivery concerns

If tracking stops updating, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly. We will review the carrier record and provide the remedy available under the Refund Policy.

Cancellation before dispatch

A cancellation request can be considered while the order has not shipped. Once tracking confirms dispatch, the 30-day return process applies.
