What does the store carry?
Our current selection covers electrolyte drink mixes, kids' hydration mixes, energy drink mixes, sample sticks, variety packs, bulk jars, bottles, straws, frothers, and selected accessories. Each product page shows its available options and facts.

Use the individual product page and the product packaging. Those sources govern product-specific ingredients, directions, care, and safety information.

Which currency is used?
Orders are priced and settled in USD, with applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Shipping

Is standard shipping free?
Yes. All orders shipped to U.S. addresses receive free standard shipping. We do not ship outside the United States.

What delivery schedule should I expect?
Processing normally requires 1-2 business days. Estimated carrier movement after dispatch is 4-6 business days.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is supplied after the carrier accepts the shipment.

Returns and support

Can I return or exchange an order?
A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Who pays for the return?
curehydration covers return shipping for approved no-reason returns and for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing merchandise.

How quickly is an approved refund sent?
The refund goes back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval; bank posting may take longer.

Can an order be cancelled?
Cancellation can be requested before shipment. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies.
